Cloud accounting is the term used to describe the activity of doing all your accounting online, using cloud accounting software, like Quickbooks or Xero.

You can invite your accountant to Quickbooks Online by:
- Going to the settings icon (the gear shape) on the top right.
- Select ‘Manage users’
- Go to the ‘Acounting firms’
- Under the ‘Action’ column, click the drop-down and select delete.
- Enter the details of your accountant.
- Invite your accountant to QBO!
